Our initial approach in Landscape Design is to consult with prospective clients regarding their concerns, needs and
preferences for their property, i.e., specialty gardens, walkways, irrigation systems etc. We evaluate the aesthetics
of the property, the architectural elements and the existing landscape.
We create beautiful hand-drawn designs. We address all the issues while developing unique quality designs that will
protect your investment by using an array of plant material that is hardy to the area and will endure and enhance
throughout the years. We work with quality plant stock and offer a one or two year guaranteed on most plant material.
Acadia has been serving both residential and commercial clients for 15 years in the Chicago area and for the last three
years in the Knoxville area. We specialize in landscape design and construction, which includes landscape lighting and
irrigation systems. Acadia has one full time landscape designer and the use of local architects, all of which have formal
educations and years of experience in both the United States and Europe.
Our designs are tailored to create an innovative landscape to meet your needs and interests while incorporating our
creativity, imagination and experience in the industry. We create a harmonious landscape optimizing seasonal coloring
by utilizing evergreens as foundation and creating depth and interest by integrating the usage of flowering shrubs, and
perennials with an emphasis on texture, growth habits and size of plant material.
